Dear Festival Friends... It's that time of year again! The 2013 Opelousas Spice and Music Festival will be held October 4th and 5th this year and vendor reservations are underway. Booth space is limited and will be assigned on a "first come, first serve" basis. Rules and RegulationsArts and crafts vendor booths are priced at $100. The Arts & Crafts Show is officially on Friday and Saturday. If you cannot set up on
Friday, you must notify Delores Guillory (337-948-2589) Arts & Craft Vendor Contact
to make arrangements. The hours open to the public are from 5:30 p.m. Friday to festival closing on
Saturday. (please note times on festival rack cards) You will be notified once your application has been reviewed and accepted. If you
are not accepted, your booth fee will be returned. Absolutely NO SILK SCREENED T-SHIRTS can be sold. Booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet. Fees are $100 per booth. Access to electricity is provided at a fee of $20.00 per booth. We do not provide tents, roofs, tarps, backdrops, sides, tables, chairs, or
extension cords. You are responsible for providing your own booth display and all
supplies that you will need. All items that are to be sold by the vendor must be listed on the application: arts & crafts, gifts, home décor, and plants. Since this is a family event, all items to be sold must be suitable. We encourage you to send photos of your items, as it provides us with a better idea of your creations. The City of Opelousas reserves the right to remove any offensive items. Each vendor is responsible for any and all taxes required by Local, State, and
Federal governments. Vendors will be instructed to park in Vendor Designated parking spots. Two passes per booth will be allotted to vendors. Any additional persons will be required to pay gate admission. Additional information is provided on the 2013 Arts and Crafts Application and Guidelines. |
